This Privacy Policy explains how Wildz Casino KeyHub (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our iOS application. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
Information we handle
Wildz KeyHub is designed to keep your information on your device wherever possible.
- Reservation details you enter (your reservation code, room and stay information)
- Preferences you set in the app, such as room and notification settings
- Optional diagnostic data to keep the app stable and fast
We do not require an account, and we do not ask for a name, email or password to use the core features of the app.
How we use information
We use the information solely to provide and improve your experience:
- To display your reservation and activate your digital pass
- To deliver reminders you have explicitly opted into
- To operate in-app features such as the map and events programme
Notifications
Notifications are off by default. If you opt in, we use Apple's notification service to deliver reminders tied to your stay. You can disable them at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
Location
The interactive map can use your device location to show where you are relative to the resort and to provide directions. Location is only accessed while you use the map and with your permission.
Data security
We use platform-standard protections, including an optional Face ID / Touch ID app lock, to help keep your stay information private on your device.
Third-party services
The app uses Apple services (such as Maps and notifications) and may load standard map tiles. These providers process limited data under their own privacy terms.
Children
Wildz KeyHub is intended for resort guests aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
Your choices
You can clear your reservation from the app at any time, control notifications and location permissions in iOS Settings, and contact us with any privacy request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
